Lets Begin!

Step 1: The Discovery Call

A one-time consultation of up to 30 minutes that has no further commitment. If we are a perfect match, we may proceed to the next step. If we aren’t the firm for you, we thank you for your visit.

Note: We offer a couple of hours of design advice at a fee, therefore, you may schedule a consultation with no intention of a full-service project. If this is for you, go ahead and give us a call or check out our DIY design package.

Step 2: Agreement and project initiation

We go through the working agreement line-by-line. We will go over the scope of work, budget, work timelines and payment schedules. Once the agreement has been signed by both parties, we have received the retainer for hourly work (determined by project), your project has officially started.

Step 3: Site Visit

In order to create the most personalized home of your dreams, we may have to take measurements and photos of the living spaces to be designed. We will ask questions on how you entertain, where you like to eat, what kind of music you like, your hobbies among other personal questions.

Step 4: Create designs, floor plans, elevations, mood boards and quotation.

We will come up with designs favorable to your taste, this will be represented in both 2D and 3D formats for proper visualization. On approval, we will work on sourcing every item. This might take a while especially if some of the chosen items are not locally available, kindly be patient and trust the process.

Step 5: Quotation and work schedule

A comprehensive quotation and work schedule will be presented for approval.

This marks the end of paper work and planning.

Step 6: Sourcing Products

We place orders for the selected items, custom make others then inspect them for damage.

Step 7: Construction and renovation

With the major items for the design acquired and quality assured, then the necessary demolition and renovations may begin.

Step 8: Installation period continues and receipt of orders

Installation of items begin as we are still tracking orders working with vendors to correct mistakes, schlepping fabric to the seamstress among other behind the scenes activities.

Step 9: Installation day and styling period

The last installation happens. At this stage, we bring accessories and artwork to get the space finished.

Step 10: Client reveal, acknowledgement and resolving deficiencies

At this point, you get to see and enjoy your finished space. You may assess all items and raise concerns such as a missing item or chipped mirror. We will walk you through any imperfections that need to be corrected by our team.

Step 11: Presentation of final invoice and client binder

We will send you the final invoice and on receiving the payment, we will hand over a binder that details your project from the start to finish so that you can look back and share it with your friends who ask about your new home.
