We have already cleared the fact that home designs are not a one size fits all, it is now your opportunity to customize a home for yourself with our help.

A one-time consultation on site that has no further commitment. The client may describe their style, the size of the proposed house, their budget, and location of the project. We will need a moment to do our calculations then hand over a quotation to the client with additional information such as the timelines that we may need to complete the design. If the client approves the quotation, we may proceed to the next step. If we aren’t the firm for you, we thank you for considering us.

We go through the working agreement line-by-line. We will go over payment schedules and work timeline. Once the agreement has been signed by both parties, your design process has officially started.

We will work with you to come up with a design that fits your personality and needs. Your has to be perfect in your eyes in all possible aspects.

At this point, you get to see the design. You may assess the spaces and raise concerns where necessary. We will walk you through them and correct as required.

We will hand over the architectural deign to you. We hope that we will be of ultimate pleasure to work with and look forward to working together with you in future projects.

If you may so desire, we could also offer structural drawings as well as the interior designs. For these two we will get into another contract together and have the pleasure to do business with you again.
