  • Bed Spray: Put some water in a spray bottle, add the essential oil and spray your bedding with it. You will breath in the scent throughout the night improving your sleep with every breath.
  • Pillow case trick: Take a piece of cloth, pour a few drops of the essential oil on it and place it inside your pillow case. Let your body relax as you take in the scent throughout the night.
  • Massage: Lavender essential oils is easily absorbed by the skin. Get someone to mix the essential oil with a carrier oil then massage your body with it. Your body will slowly absorb the essential oil leaving you calm and so relaxed, ready for a goo night sleep.

Ylang-Ylang

Ylang-Ylang essential oil lowers blood pressure and decreases the heart rate. These are necessary for a good quality sleep.

 

Grapefruit

Grapefruit essential oil has a calming effect and anti-anxiety properties. It has been proven to reduce stress and lower blood pressure. These are essential in inducing quality sleep.
